Attention Google Reader Users! (Tech Question)

By Abby at 3:09 pm on Sunday, May 27, 2007

I’ve always set my feeds in Google Reader to only show updated ones. The other day, I accidentally switched it to show all feeds, and I can’t get it back to normal. There used to be a “show” button (as seen here) that made switching really easy, but it seems to be gone. I’ve turned off all extensions and Greasemonkey scripts, and I still can’t find the button that makes it only show updated feeds. Help!

Hey Abby:

I think the “show” setting is still there.

On my screen under “Add subscription” I see Show: update all — with a link to the view I’m not using.

Do you see that?

This happened to me yesterday. I turned off a few extensions also with no luck. But I re-booted later on and all was fine.

Well, the show setting was gone no matter what I did. I was able to go into IE and change what I needed to. It’s working now. Thanks for the soundboard. 😀
