I just wanted to add that the service man came to install our cable TV 2 1/2 hours early while all this was going on.
However, AAA showed up here in the sticks with a “wrench truck” 45 minutes after I called them and lifted my car out of the ravine. Our friend Mary Ann offered to drive to town and back to bring me a form to wire transfer money. Fortunately, Mickey and Al finished their repast in time to do this. We found an extra battery for Annie’s electric fence collar, and she’s now safely enclosed. And, our cable TV is working.
I’m almost to the point of being able to laugh.

I actually cracked up about it several times yesterday. I swear I’ve needed half of today to recover!

Ditto. I was useless the rest of the day. I can’t handle multiple crises simultaneously. It makes me crazy.

You CAN handle them, as can I, but there’s definitely aftermath.
