Adventures with Dr. Lady Cutie Troublemaker

Life is in flux BIG TIME these days. I want to keep in touch with all of my peeps. The Internet is this beautiful thing. I can move to a brand new city and still stay in easy, near-daily contact with the people I love. When I feel connected to the people in my life that matter, I am unstoppable!

Thank you, Mayor Menino!

By Abby at 1:52 pm on Friday, June 30, 2006

The streets are looking MUCH better. This morning when driving to work, I was first taken aback by the repairs of Amory, which has been looking godawful the last few weeks – so much so, that I have been completely avoiding it. The area right by Green Street station is still very rough though. There are also repairs going on in the rotary where Centre Street and Arborview meet. THANK YOU, MAYOR MENINO!! It’s looking much better. 😀

Blah Blah Series

So do you remember this picture? I took it when I lived in Memphis and have it uploaded to Flickr. I got an e-mail from someone who wanted to use it for an educational product, and I said yes, as long as they sent me the final copy of what they’d created. Well, the guy followed through. Check it out, and maybe even learn something in the process!

We Had So Much Fun!

We Had So Much Fun!

Anna needed to go shopping for a dress for a wedding, so I entertained myself by trying on the most impractical dresses I could find and taking silly pictures. Anna even joined in when I picked out salmon matching dresses for us. I highly recommend trying it! Anna didn’t find the dress she was looking for, but we had a seriously fun time anyway! Click here to see the full fitting room fashion (well, slide) show! emoticon

Update: I highly recommend you check out the many comments from this one woman, who seems very serious about this game of dressup I played today. I get her full opinion on several of my outfits. Very funny! She was aghast that I didn’t buy the green and blue one. I mean, it was lovely, but it just isn’t karaoke attire! 😛
