Up with the cats, but I’ll go back to bed in a sec. Ended up on a short tangential trip from here to there watching vintage soundcheck videos, etc. Came across this, and it makes me happy, happy. That Freddy Mercury. What a performer. What a voice.
I saw John Prine last night. I don’t know many of his songs, but I did know “Hello in There” because of a video of Natalie Merchant, Michael Stipe, and Billy Bragg that I’d seen years ago. I haven’t seen this in YEARS! But there it is, on YouTube, with every other thing in the world. My ex-husband and I had a theory that all three of them had crushes on all three of them. Watch the faces and see if you agree.
