We made it out to Exploit Boston’s Game Night at the Paradise Lounge last night. It was some good, nerdy fun! I loved it. And my new favorite party game is Apples to Apples. Next time, maybe I’ll brave Tichu with Nicole!

I played Apples to Apples a couple years ago with some friends in Rochester, NY…SUCH a fun game! Glad you discovered it 🙂

Hey Abbey: That’s awesome you enjoyed Apples to Apples. It’s kind of crazy how fun it is — considering how simple it is. For the next game night and beyond we’ll have games to give away from the company (Out of the Box Publishing) that makes Apples to Apples. They are sending me a bunch of stuff next week. I should know in a few days what the date is for the February game night, too.

Oh man! I could have won it?! Instead I was a chump and bought it. Game night was a fun time, and not too late for 8 to 5ers like me. I loved it! Thanks for getting it going!

No, you’re not a chump! They aren’t sending me Apples to Apples for giveaways. (Though they are giving me two sets of the AtoA expansion packs — bu those are for game nights and not to give away). 🙂
