Adventures with Dr. Lady Cutie Troublemaker

Life is in flux BIG TIME these days. I want to keep in touch with all of my peeps. The Internet is this beautiful thing. I can move to a brand new city and still stay in easy, near-daily contact with the people I love. When I feel connected to the people in my life that matter, I am unstoppable!

Birthday!

By Abby at 7:14 am on Tuesday, November 15, 2005

Happy Birthday to Me.

Happy Birthday to Me.

Happy Birthday dear Abbeeeeeeee.

Happy Birthday to Me.

I awoke to about 10 fake e-cards from various companies. The funniest was the one from the Google Earth Hacks forum. All it said was "Happy Birthday from the Google Hacks Forum." No pictures, no free stuff. Just Happy Birthday. Weird.

Aaron sang to me when I first woke up, which reminded me that it was my birthday. I’d forgotten (if you can believe it)! Now I’ve sung it to myself multiple times. And my birthday cheese grits are just about ready.

Now accepting silly e-cards here:

You gettin’ OOOOLLLLLLLD.

Happy Birthday! I baked you a cake, but I worried that it might get damaged in the mail, so I ate it myself and sang “Happy Birthday” with a mouth full of cake.

Lot’s of folks say that birthdays are to be enjoyed by the young. Nope! I enjoy each and every passing one just that much more than the one I enjoyed the year before. I have one friend who says this is the personal new Year Celebration, and, unless you’re born on January 1, there is absolutely no reason to celebrate that day.
So celebrate the heck out of this one as well, Abby! 36 years years from now, you’ll have the tendency to look back and wonder why you went to work on YOUR holiday.
Back in my youth, many companies had a program where you could plan ahead and take your birthday as a holiday each year. When I was affiliated with one of those, I always took advantage of the situation. When I wasn’t, I developed a stomach ulcer, or the blue flu on that day each year that was amazingly cured within 24 hours. You just have to enjoy your new year.
So, have a
HAPPY
BIRTHDAY
Mmmmmm!!! Cheese grits!

Happy birthday. Hope Aaron and you have something special planned for the occasion.

And remember that no matter how old you get, you’ll NEVER be as old as me. 😛

I remember you. You were the little one with the crooked smile. What I remember most was that on that first night home, you had something of a persona [not way different than the one you have today]. I was just awed that there were so many unique little things already. Glad you joined us!

Happy planet anniversary!

Hope you had a great day!

Happy Birthday sugar! Sorry I’ve been so off the radar, but I’m doing about 12 different things trying to make a buck, none of them have generated any income yet. No, working in the movie biz isn’t always so lucrative unless, of course, your’e at the top 😉

Anyways hope your birthday was wonderful & we will catch up soon! xoxo

Happy 36th! Having preceded you in 36-ness by almost exactly 2 months, I can tell you…well, nothing. I just feel old. Hope you and Aaron have a nice romantic evening. Cheers!

No idea what happened with my brain when I wrote that. Seriouesly. That is weird. In related news, I lost my lunch twice this week – not like throwing up, like I actually misplaced my lunch! Stress is making me stupid.

Have you considered that someone is relieving you of your lunch?
