A dosai! I think it was a Mysore Dosai. Mysore is a place, but it was distinct from a regular Masala Dosai because the inside of the crepe/dosai was spread with this super yummy hot stuff.

That’s a passion fruit champagne cocktail. I usually hate champagne, but MAN, this was good. Very fruity and very little fizz.
