I was surprised at how many people missed this story, so just in case…
The guy seems very cool, too. Just did his thing, and I love how he explained on Letterman what he heard in his head before he jumped down to save the guy, “I was thinking someone has to save him. Fool, YOU have to save him”. Click that last link and watch it. I mean, just watch that graphic. Unreal!

Well this is the first I’ve heard of it but I’ve been kind of unplugged lately because I’ve been so busy at work. It sucks he only got free subway rides for a year, he should have gotten them for life!
