Adventures with Dr. Lady Cutie Troublemaker

Life is in flux BIG TIME these days. I want to keep in touch with all of my peeps. The Internet is this beautiful thing. I can move to a brand new city and still stay in easy, near-daily contact with the people I love. When I feel connected to the people in my life that matter, I am unstoppable!

My Neck Tattoo

By Abby at 3:29 pm on Thursday, November 2, 2006

People keep asking about my neck tattoo, so here’s the deal: I used liquid eyeliner and did it myself in the mirror. It wasn’t perfect, but I think I did a decent job. Kristin made a template that was much larger than my neck, but I was able to look at the back side of the template, and that matched what I saw in the mirror on my own neck. I basically did it on myself in reverse and in the mirror. Not easy. Did the real Jeffrey have to do that? I don’t think so! Incidentally, the neck says "Harrison Detroit: l’amour de la mia vita [the love of my life]". Harrison Detroit is Jeffrey’s (adorable) son’s name. My only regret is that the best close-up was taken of the side of the neck that wasn’t as good. The “Harrison” side looked MUCH better. Really!
Here’s the full story.

Yeah, you know, I kind of agree. Who would have thought?! And you know what’s so cool? I got it for $5 in the sale bin at a real wig shop. Not too shabby. I spent under $10 for this costume: wig + liquid eyeliner. That’s it!

That’s awesome. And yes, I agree with all the “Yeas” on the hairstyle. Maybe you should try it in “real life.”
Have you sent the photos to the P.R. blog?

You know I have! I could do that short, but right now, I’m too broke to get my hair cut regularly, so maybe another time, when I’m more flush.
