They are an Oberlin band, you know:
Yeah Yeah Yeahs got their start while students at Ohio’s Oberlin College in 2000, with Karen O (short for Orzolek) on vocals, Nick Zinner on guitar and Brian Chase on drums.
I saw the at the Fillmore in SF a few years ago, and MAN, they are good live. Go. Go! GOOOOOO! See you there?

You know who’s not from Oberlin? TV On The Radio, who will also kick your ass live. Kinda envious you get to see both on the same night…but then, I’m going to Devo.
