My Littermaid litterbox was the best, but over the past month, I’ve learned that these things don’t work forever. Despite several very thorough cleanings, it has died. I had to find an affordable replacement, and what I found is just silly. It’s hot pink with a big heart entrance. The girls are starting to adjust, but they aren’t quite sure they like it.

I arrived home to a puddle of pee in FRONT of the new catbox. Not what I had in mind. They aren’t used to the cover, I guess.

Hello, I actually used to have a Littermaid as well. After it bit the dust I found a new auto box called ScoopFree. (www.scoopfree.com) It’s fairly cheep and works better than the littermaid did for me. And if you really like the hands off part this new box only has to be messed with once a month when you just toss out the entire bottom. If your cats don’t go for the hot pink you might want to check out the cool blue and purple Scoop Free…

I emailed this box to my sis, and she LOVED it – of course, she’s pretty silly.
