Canoe Canoe?
I took the canoe. He took the little motorized row boat. It’s amazing how much the mountains look like New England - or how much New England looks like North Georgia. And what a pretty day.

Even after 25 years in the south, my New England roots still tug away at me. I bought land and a home in these beautiful mountains, on this sparkling, crystal clear lake . . . just to pretend I’m still in New Hampshire! Thankfully, it seems this northern transplant has been accepted into the southern fold.

Whaah! You were so close and yet so far! I cooked for 5 this year which was a major undertaking since it was only my 2nd time. I must admit, I can cook, man! Mmmmm…just had some MORE dressing, turkey, beans, taters and cranberries.
