Life is in flux BIG TIME these days. I want to keep in touch with all of my peeps. The Internet is this beautiful thing. I can move to a brand new city and still stay in easy, near-daily contact with the people I love. When I feel connected to the people in my life that matter, I am unstoppable!

This is absolutely sad. It is even more sad that the devastation of Katrina could have been predicted. I am sure that those who did not make it out alive would happily have slept in these conditions. But due to a lack of urgency from both state and federal officials, we have another great American catastropy. Bush may have been able to weasle his way into making people believe that the “intelligence was wrong” about 9/11… But the science of meteorology is a rather tough thing to overcome. They should have seen this coming, but Bush was busy at a Barbeque, dodging Cindy Sheehan.
