Adventures with Dr. Lady Cutie Troublemaker

Life is in flux BIG TIME these days. I want to keep in touch with all of my peeps. The Internet is this beautiful thing. I can move to a brand new city and still stay in easy, near-daily contact with the people I love. When I feel connected to the people in my life that matter, I am unstoppable!

More Faces

By Abby at 10:10 am on Wednesday, August 3, 2005

After Aaron’s very successful faces, he and I decided I needed to use a better picture of myself facing the camera. Despite the many pictures of me that exist, there weren’t any with me facing the camera and looking at it… I’m hardly surprised since I have considerable camera anxiety. Anyway, Aaron merged two pictures and reran the web tool and came up with this much better set:

Click the picture for a larger view.

Row 1: Baby, Child, Teen
Row 2: Now, Older, Afro-Caribbean
Row 3: Asian, Indian, Masculine
Row 4: Modigliani, Botticelli, Mucha
Row 5: Manga, Ape, Drunk

You know what’s weird? That second picture looks a lot like my cousin Kate when she was younger.

Don’t know which face you used to accomplish the feat, but congratulations on getting your dad to become the primary contributor to 3 OLD MEN. I think he’ll do a great job.
As for these faces, I think the one you have currently and will grow with is just right. No changes needed. Aaron? He’s just fine as he is as well.

What a cool idea! You make a cute guy! LOL
Row 4 is pretty awesome.
Please no ‘if they mated photos’ like Conan O’ Brien does.

I echo Friendly Joe-congrats to your dad and his pals on their blog!

Yikes…now my daughters *play* with pitures of themselves and photoshop (a LOT) but these are kinda *scary* looking pictures and morphing.

Don’t know if I like em quite yet… and wouldn’t want to be alone in a room with them hanging on a wall. Too odd and creepy fer me. I’d feel like they was staring at me.

Hey Abby or Aaron,
I was playing with the morphing and couldn’t get it to save the new pictures. Was there anything special you did to save them?

Well it’s fun to play with and to contemplate, but that baby picture really doesn’t look like you as a baby.

We both just used the PrtScn button above the keypad. That puts the view of the screen into the clipboard. You can then do Edit-Paste into an imaging program like Photoshop… or even Paint, it that’s what moves you!

I’ve tried to not comment, but those things really freak me the fuck out. I don’t like them. I like the real Abby. Not the freaky poorly morphed one. Bring back the real Abby!!!
