It’s more that first one. He isn’t incarcerated exactly, but… kinda. He’s unable to leave Nashville. He is kind of being held captive.

With today’s offers as confusing as they are, it’s tough to determine whether Aaron is incarcerated in some fashion and there’s a movement afoot to set him free, or whether he’s very, very inexpensive. Hmmm…
