This guy sounds fascinating. However, I just have to comment on the word “trefination.” Per your instructions, I googled it. and got “No entry found for trefination. Did you mean: trephination?” I looked up “trephination” and got “the surgical opening of the skull performed with primitive tools and techniques.” So, I’m asking, “What is trefination?”
