Adventures with Dr. Lady Cutie Troublemaker

Life is in flux BIG TIME these days. I want to keep in touch with all of my peeps. The Internet is this beautiful thing. I can move to a brand new city and still stay in easy, near-daily contact with the people I love. When I feel connected to the people in my life that matter, I am unstoppable!

Beepollen for the Boy

Poor Aaron has been working his ass off over the last coupla weeks. I can’t wait until he’s done with this project. He’s editing the Gospel Music Awards show. I always thought of Gospel music as a specific genre with certain qualities, but it seems that nowadays, Gospel music is any kind of love songs written to Jesus. There is Thrash Gospel and Rockin’ Gospel and Pop Gospel.

Aaron! You look wiped.

So, after it’s edited, then what?

After it’s edited I will sleep. 🙂 It has to be in Chicago by Monday so that it can air on June 10th in syndication – check local listings and show times!

I’ve been working on this show for 10 to 18 hour days every day for the past couple of weeks (except when we went to Bloomington). There is nothing so uplifting as to make THAT better.

I promise I won’t tell, and no threat on my life would make me do so, but….who won? We can just keep it a secret here. Shhhhh!
This isn’t one of those …”If I told you, I’d have to kill you” scenarios,… is it?
